This appeal is from an order of the District Court, sustaining exceptions to a referee's report and dismissing appellant's petition filed under section 74 of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 202). The referee had recommended approval of the petition as properly filed and in good faith. The matter was heard by the District Court upon a motion of appellant to approve the referee's report and upon some twenty exceptions by appellee...
