This cause comes before us as an Expedition Court, composed in accordance with the provisions of section 1 of the Expediting Act, as amended (15 U.S.C.A. § 28) and in response to a certificate filed by the Attorney General that the cause is a suit in equity in which the United States is complainant, which has become of general public importance.
