This suit is brought by the United States and the Reconstruction Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "R. F. C."), as plaintiffs, against stockholders of the Central Republic Trust Company, a banking corporation organized under the laws of the state of Illinois (hereinafter called the "Trust Company"), as defendants. It is brought on behalf of plaintiffs and all other creditors of the Trust Company to enforce liability imposed...
