The Examiner of Trade-marks in the United States Patent Office refused to register appellant's alleged trade-mark "Hi-Octane" for use on gasoline. Upon appeal to the Commissioner of Patents, the decision of the Examiner was affirmed for substantially the same reasons assigned by the Examiner.
