This is an appeal from a decree restraining infringement of copyright.

Appellee, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, brought a suit in equity in the District Court to restrain appellants from infringement of appellee's copyright in the May, 1935, issues of appellee's San Francisco and East Bay telephone directories.
