Ralston, plaintiffs herein, are duly appointed, qualified, and acting liquidators of the Mexican Petroleum Corporation of Louisiana, Inc., a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, and now in liquidation pursuant to a consent to dissolution executed conformably to the law of the State of Louisiana.
