The claim was that the defendant, then a citizen of Texas, but now of Mississippi, and Le Mieux Brothers & Company, a partnership, resident in New Orleans, La., to whose rights plaintiff had succeeded, had, on August 21, 1924, agreed together that Le Mieux Brothers would cruise timberlands in Adams county, Miss...
