In setting up its capital and financial structure originally, the debtor issued 60,000 shares of no par value common stock, $5,000,000 of bonds, secured by first mortgage upon its property, and $2,000,000 of debentures to be paid out of the net revenues after providing for interest and a sinking fund to take care of the bonds.
