This is an appeal from a decree of the District Court construing the will of James H. Dole, a resident of Illinois at the time of his death.

Decedent died on February 16, 1902, leaving as his only heirs at law, his wife, Sarah, and the following children: George, Mary, Julia, Frances and Charles. They were all of full age and under no disability.
