This is a suit for infringement of claims 1 and 2 of patent No. 1,433,901, granted October 31, 1922, for artificial eyes for dolls, and claims 5, 8, 24, 25, 30, and 31 of a reissue patent No. 18,332, granted January 12, 1922, for doll eyes. The first of these is for a completely assembled eye unit comprising an eye set and a supporting plate therefor, the whole assembly being adapted for mounting into the head of a doll.
