Erickson doing a stock brokerage business under the firm name of The Equitable Securities Company was adjudged bankrupt on December 22, 1934. Appellants filed a petition with the referee on August 3, 1935, in which they asked for an order permitting them to file proofs of claims against the estate nunc pro tunc as of a date within six months subsequent to the date of adjudication....
