The plaintiffs, who are nonresidents of Idaho, bring this action to recover from Boise City and its treasurer the sum of $17,000 claimed to be due them on certain unpaid special improvement bonds issued by the city. The defendants move to strike and dismiss the complaint, and the questions now for consideration are urged on the motions which require an analysis of the complaint.
