This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a final decree of the District Court declining to enjoin the enforcement of a judgment for Shinholt rendered in a state court of Texas against Angle, and, in the alternative, for additional relief by way of an accounting for services and expenses, if the injunctive relief could not be obtained.
