The fifteen claims, 12, 19, 22, 25, 27 to 31, inclusive, 36, 38, 43, 46, 49, and 50, involved in this appeal and other claims of appellant's application for a patent relating to a process for the manufacture of aliphatic anhydrides were rejected by the Primary Examiner of the United States Patent Office.
