Shepherd, Deputy Commissioner of the Seventh Compensation District, under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act of Congress, 33 U.S.C.A. §§ 901-950, and Melinda Williams, praying to set aside and suspend an order and award of compensation dated July 15, 1937.
