Section 5209, R.S.,1 as amended by Act Sept. 26, 1918, c. 177, 40 Stat. 967, 972 (U.S.C., Title 12, § 592) provides:

"Any officer, director, agent, or employee of any Federal reserve bank, or of any member bank . . . who makes any false entry in any book, report, or statement...
