An appeal from a decree of the District Court of the United States for the District of Columbia involving certain provisions for the maintenance of the appellant, an infant, granted by the lower court in a suit brought for that purpose. The appeal arises upon an intervening petition in the case of Bloedorn v. Bloedorn, decided by this court on February 4, 1935, reported in 64 App.D.C. 199,
