This case is one of considerable interest to the public, to the Government, and to the defendants, involving as it does the right of a duly accredited labor leader to negotiate in labor matters and the right of a member of the Bar of Philadelphia (previous to this indictment in good standing) to practice his profession. Both defendants had a status and a right which challenge the attempt of the Government...
