The trustees of the debtor herein have excepted to the report of the special master appointed by order of this court made September 30, 1936.

The special master, in a well-considered opinion, recommends that the objections of the trustees of the debtor to the proofs of claim filed by the various corporate trustees be overruled. The substance of the trust agreement is substantially set forth in the report of the special master.
