Indictments having been returned in criminal cases 13646, 13648, and 13650, the defendants in those cases were, on the 14th day of January, 1937, duly arraigned. They entered pleas of not guilty, requesting leave, however, thereafter to withdraw their pleas should they decide to attack the indictments.
