The facts in this case are not in dispute. On May 6, 1932, petitioner was convicted in the superior court of the State of Washington for King county of the crime of grand larceny, and on May 21, 1932, was duly sentenced under the then existing indeterminate sentence law of the State of Washington to confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of not less than five years nor more than fifteen years. His minimum sentence has now expired...
