A. §§ 41 (28), 45, 46, 47), to enjoin an order and certificate of the Interstate Commerce Commission entered November 18, 1936. The Commission's report issued therewith is found in Pooling of Ore Traffic in Wisconsin and Michigan, 219 I.C.C. 285.
