The suit involves the validity of the order provisions of the Agriculture Adjustment Act, approved May 12, 1933, as amended on August 24, 1935 (7 U.S.C.A. § 601 et seq.), the validity of Order No. 7, which is an order regulating the handling of citrus fruit grown in the State of Florida, and which was issued by the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States pursuant to section 8c of title I of said act, as added by Act Aug. 24, 1935...
