This is an appeal from a judgment of the Federal District Court for Puerto Rico in an action at law brought by the beneficiary of an accident insurance policy, to recover the sum of $7,500. The policy was taken out by the plaintiff's husband, Rodolfo Mangual, and covered a period of twelve months from the 10th day of February, 1932.
