Sol Goldberg, individually and in business as Goldson Mills, was adjudicated a bankrupt on an involuntary petition in the District Court for the Southern District of New York on September 25, 1936, and Nathaniel Kaplan was that day appointed receiver. He filed a motion on October 19, 1936, for an order to show cause why a turn-over order should not be entered against the bankrupt. On October 28th, the return day, the matter was referred generally...
