On April 10, 1933, Morris W. Haft & Brothers, Inc., hereinafter called the claimant, instituted a suit in the Municipal Court of Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia, a court of general jurisdiction, against Jack Kins to recover the sum of $955.49 for merchandise sold and delivered to Kins.
