This appeal presents a question of law arising in a corporate reorganization proceeding under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). The appeal was allowed by the District Court under section 24a of the act, as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 47 (a). In addition, out of an abundance of caution, application for permission to take the appeal under section 24b, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 47 (b), has been filed by appellants...
