The appellants, Goldsmith being the vice president of the corporate appellant, were indicted with three others, Di Bello, Marabini, and Miller, who are not parties to this appeal, for conspiring to violate 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 1152a, 1162, 1162a, 1165, 1182, 1185, and 5 U.S.C.A. §§ 281 to 281e, inclusive, and for violating the named statutes.
