These are appeals from decrees of the District Court entered in interpleader actions commenced under subsection (26), section 41, title 28 of the United States Code (28 U.S.C.A. § 41(26). The plaintiffs were insurance companies and they paid into court the proceeds of certain fire insurance policies, making all claimants to such proceeds, defendants.
