The petition was approved and referred by the District Court to the Conciliation Commissioner. This proceeding passed through the composition provisions of subsections (a) to (r); 11 U.S.C.A. § 203 (a-r) without success and, upon an amended petition, the debtors were adjudged bankrupt...
