By an indenture dated April 11, 1890, they leased this property for a term of 99 years to plaintiff's predecessor as lessee. Plaintiff realty company now is lessee and plaintiff dry goods company, which operates a large mercantile establishment on the premises, is sublessee. The yearly rental fixed in the lease for the 92 years following April...
