This suit in equity was brought by the receiver of the National Bank of Arkansas to compel the defendants to specifically perform a certain contract of date January 2, 1920, by paying to a trustee named in the contract the sum of $100,000 either as the unpaid purchase price of certain lands or as liquidated damages specified in the contract. The contract evidenced a conditional sale by the Security Trust Company of Lexington, Ky., trustee...
