On January 9, 1935, Cosmopolitan Hotel, Inc., a Colorado corporation, filed its petition under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). The petition represented that the petitioner was the owner of the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Denver, and that the liabilities of the corporation consisted of an issue of bonds secured by a deed of trust in the original amount of $1,750,000 upon which there was a balance of principal due in the sum of $1,480...
