On July 21, 1930, appellants, Robert G. Terry, Thomas J. Terry, Samuel G. Terry, Frank Terry, Ruth Chambers, and Florence Jones, the last two named joined by their husbands, brought this suit against Diana Shaw, Otis L. Clonts, F. M. Ryburn, H. C. Pipkin, S. H. Madden, Otis Trulove, J. M. Huber Company, and Prairie Oil & Gas Company, the last two named being corporations, to establish their rights and title to an undivided 11/24 interest...
