Appellee sued in trespass to try title to recover seven sections of land. The petition was in two counts. The first was in statutory form, the second pleaded her title specially. Summed up, what she pleaded was that she and appellant claimed under a common grantor, one W. T. Jones. That appellant's deed was prior in time, but hers was prior in right. For though his deed was given in August, 1933, it was not recorded or filed for record until...
