This is a suit brought by plaintiffs to enjoin the enforcement of the Commodity Exchange Act, 49 Stat. 1491, 7 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq. The act so designated was approved June 15, 1936. Such enactment is largely amendatory of the Grain Futures Act passed by the Congress, and approved in 1922, 42 Stat. 998, 7 U.S.C.A. § 1 et seq.
