This is an appeal from a judgment ordering the issuance of a peremptory writ of mandamus directed to the individuals constituting the board of administration of the state of Florida, and W. V. Knott, as treasurer of said state, and ex officio treasurer of county of Monroe, Fla., commanding said individuals constituting said board of administration to pay a described judgment recovered in the court below on June 13, 1934, by Ben Hur Life Association...
