Wilmer Worth, a resident of the District of Columbia, died on the 19th day of November, 1933, leaving a last will and testament dated the 9th day of November, 1933.

The first item of the will related to the payment of debts, the expenses of his last illness, and the disposition of his remains at death. In item II he made specific bequests absolutely to a number of relatives and friends. The concluding paragraph of this item reads as follows...
