This is an appeal from an order entered in the Virginia Oil & Refining Company bankruptcy, denying and disallowing generally appellant's claim as a note creditor of the bankrupt. No reasons were assigned either by the referee in originally disallowing the claim, or by the judge in affirming his order. From the record and the briefs of the parties, it appears, however, that the claim was not filed until August 12, 1932, nearly ten years...
