The appellant sought admission into the United States at the Port of Seattle, Wash., on May 8, 1935, as the foreignborn daughter of a native, Wong Gim. Her application for admission was denied by the Board of Special Inquiry at Seattle, from which decision she appealed to the Secretary of Labor at Washington, D.
