In an action by the beneficiary upon an accident insurance policy, the District Court directed a verdict for the appellee at the conclusion of appellant's evidence.

The policy insured "against loss resulting directly and independently of all other causes, from bodily injuries effected during the term of said policy of insurance through accidental means," and also provided that the insurance therein granted did not cover accident, injuries...
