On January 29, 1936 an order was issued in the case of the National Labor Relations Board v. Raymond H. Palmer and New England Transportation Company to show cause why a petition filed by the plaintiff in that action for an order to require obedience to a subpœna duces tecum issued by the plaintiff and served on the defendants should not be granted. This order to show cause was returnable on February 3, 1936, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon...
