May 8, 1935, the above-named debtor filed in the District Court of the United States for the District of Minnesota its petition for reorganization under the provisions of 77B of the Bankruptcy Act as amended (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). Contemporaneously therewith it filed a history of the hotel organization and a reorganization plan. On the same day by order of the District Court this petition was approved, with the usual requirements...
