This is a suit in equity by Thomas W. Briggs, doing business under the trade-name of the Welcome Wagon Service Company, an employer, against Grace Boston, a former employee, to enjoin the defendant from violating a covenant of a contract of employment, by the terms of which covenant defendant agreed that, upon the termination of the employment by either party, she would not engage for a period of five whole years from the date of such termination...
