Appeal from a decree enjoining appellant from selling soot blower equipment at lower prices than those set forth in a certain Schedule "A" incorporated by reference into a license contract upon which the action was grounded. A cross-bill was filed by appellant, praying for accounting and for an injunction against violations of the same contract by appellee. Execution was awarded against appellee for unpaid royalties, and appellee was enjoined...
