Appellants throughout all of the many proceedings of which this is the climax, have been known as the Payne Committee. The order appealed from was entered in a reorganization proceeding under section 77B, Bankr.Act, as amended 11 U. S.C.A. § 207, involving the parent corporation, the Trustees System Service Corporation, Inc., and some of its wholly owned corporate subsidiaries.
