This is an appeal from a final decree of the District Court for the District of New Jersey. Suit was brought for an injunction and to recover statutory damages provided for by 17 U.S.C.A. § 25 arising from the infringement of 198 separate and distinct copyrights of motion picture photoplays owned by the plaintiff. The plaintiff sold films, which had become worn through use, to the defendant company, which was in the business of refining and smelting...
