The plaintiff, Tom B. Reed, recovered a judgment against the defendant, Lloyd L. Bloom, in the District Court of Oklahoma county, Okl., on the 7th day of February, 1936, for injuries received in an automobile accident, which resulted from the driving of Bloom's car by Bloom, in which the plaintiff was an occupant.
