These cases present an appeal and cross-appeal in admiralty from a judgment awarding damages for the death of certain members of the crew of the tugboat Edward F. Coney, owned by appellant, Sabine Towing Co., Inc., hereafter called the company, which vessel foundered in the Gulf of Mexico on January 28, 1930, with the loss of her entire crew of 14.
