The Missouri Public Service Company filed a petition for reorganization under section 77B of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). The appellants, Green et al., filed a claim against the debtor for $102,214.69 and for the enforcement of a vendor's lien for that amount and interest, against certain electrical properties owned by the debtor, known and hereinafter referred to as the Liberal properties.
